2. Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so if you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us within 6 hours of placing the order at support@grokyart.com.
3. I didnโt receive an order confirmation email?
Please check your spam or junk folder. If itโs still missing, reach out to us with your name and email used during checkout.

Standard US shipping takes 2โ5 business days. International orders may take 6โ12 business days. Production time is 1-3 business days before shipping.

Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries.
8. Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, once your order ships, weโll email you the tracking number. You can also track your order here.

9. Can I personalize my product?
Yes! Most of our products allow personalization. Simply enter your custom text or upload images where indicated on the product page.
10. Will my custom design look exactly like the preview?
We do our best to match your preview. Minor adjustments may occur to optimize print quality, but the overall design will remain true to what you see.

12. My item arrived damaged โ what should I do?
Please email us photos of the damaged item and your order number within 7 days. Weโll send a replacement or offer a refund.
13. I received the wrong item. Can I get it replaced?
Of course! Let us know right away and weโll ship the correct item as quickly as possible.
